General Terms and Conditions – Quut Toys

1. General information

The following General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the offer and sale of products via the website www.quut.toys (“Website”), owned and operated by Kaaiman 5, located in Belgium, Snepkaai 5, 9000 Ghent, VAT number [BE0871965563] (“Quut Toys”).

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Quut Toys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the latest version is always available on the Website.

2. Ordering

The Quut Toys webshop is open 24/7 but may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

2.1 Conditions for ordering

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Orders placed via the Website are intended for private use only. It is not permitted to purchase products for resale.

2.2 How to order

Select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart.

Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Log in to your existing account or enter your delivery details.

Choose a shipping method. Ensure the delivery address is correct and uses only Latin characters.

Select a payment method and complete the payment. By clicking “Pay now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

Your order is only final after acceptance by Quut Toys. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Payment

Quut Toys accepts the following payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna Pay Later.

Payment is processed once your order has been shipped. No additional credit card fees are charged. Payments are handled via secure and certified systems such as Mollie or other payment providers.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices on the Website include Belgian VAT.

Depending on the country of delivery, additional import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Quut Toys is not liable for refusal to pay import duties or taxes. Transport and customs costs in case of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.

5. Right of withdrawal (Order cancellation)

5.1 Legal right

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

5.2 Cancellation

Quut Toys allows you to cancel your order fully or partially within 14 days after receipt.

5.2.1 Full cancellation

Send an email to info@quuttoys.com or use the standard withdrawal form.

Quut Toys will refund the cost of the products and the shipping costs. Return costs are at your own expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

5.2.2 Partial cancellation

Send an email to info@quuttoys.com.

Only the returned products will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded. Return costs are at your own expense.

5.3 Cancellation before shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled before shipment. If a parcel is not collected, return costs may be deducted from the refund.

6. Complaints

6.1 Right to file a complaint

As a consumer, you are entitled to a legal warranty of 2 years for defective products.

If a product is damaged or defective within two years after purchase, please contact info@quuttoys.com and include a photo and your order number.

Quut Toys may ask you to return the product to:

If the complaint is valid, you will receive a refund for the product and possibly the return costs within 14 days.

8. Liability and content

Quut Toys strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Website but cannot be held liable for errors, out-of-stock items or price changes.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies to your order. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
