Return and Refund Policy
Do you want to (partially) return your order? You can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipments are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.
How to return?
You can return your order within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.

Return shipments are at the consumer's own risk. This means that quuttoys.shop is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it in a safe place.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs yourself.
Returned items must not be damaged and must be in their original packaging.

Return Conditions
1. Time Limit
Returns must be registered within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. After registering your return, you have 14 days to actually send the product back.
2. Condition of Items
Returned items must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- complete with all parts
- in their original packaging where possible
If an item is damaged, used or incomplete, we may apply a reduction in value or refuse the return.
3. Return Costs
The cost of returning an order is at the customer's expense, unless stated otherwise.
Return shipments are at your own risk until received by our fulfilment centre. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transport of a return shipment.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfilment centre, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few working days for the amount to appear in your account.
If an order is partially returned, only the returned products will be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Have you received a damaged item or is your order incorrect? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email address] with photos of the problem. We will help you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift vouchers
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
Sustainable Shopping
Return shipments have an impact on the environment and on small businesses. We therefore encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.
When returning an item, we appreciate it if you include the reason for the return. This helps us to continue improving our products and service.
