Shipping Policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain.

Shipping costs

For orders from €50, we offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands.

For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Order processing

Orders within Belgium, France and the Netherlands placed on working days before 22:00 (13:00 for Germany and Spain) are generally shipped the next working day, unless stated otherwise.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via the following carriers.

Belgium shipments are handled by Bpost. Orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day and delivered approximately two days later.

France shipments are handled by Colis Privé. Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day and delivered within three to four days.

Netherlands shipments are handled by DHL. Orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day and delivered approximately two days later.

Germany shipments are handled by DHL. Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day and delivered approximately two days later.

Spain shipments are handled by Correos. Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same day and delivered within four to five days.

The estimated delivery time is one to three working days depending on the destination and carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a track and trace code so you can follow your package.

Delays

Although we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as holidays, promotions or end-of-year periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Responsibility during transport

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the delivery lies with the transport company.

In case of damage or loss during transport, we recommend contacting us immediately so we can work together on a suitable solution.
